Your account information

Discord sign-in shares your Discord ID, username, display name, and email address if available. We also record whether Discord reports that email as verified. Your Discord password is never entered into this store.

Purchases and delivery

Guest checkout requires a contact email. Optional Discord sign-in attaches your profile to the purchase. We store the contact address separately from payer ID, name, email, and country returned by PayPal or Stripe, where available, alongside payment references, amount, selected delivery EOS ID, and delivery outcome. Entering a contact email does not verify ownership of that email. An EOS ID from an in-game link identifies a recipient; it does not establish account ownership.

Plugin purchases

Plugin purchases require Discord sign-in. Purchased plugins, download access dates and download activity are linked to that account. Your plugin library shows your own downloads and renewal options. ZIP files require an active purchase and the same signed-in Discord account. Download access stops when its purchased period ends or the payment is held or refunded.

Base listings and auctions

Base bids and purchases require Discord sign-in. Bid amounts, private maximum limits, timing, winners and manual handover notes are linked to your Discord account. Other bidders see the current auction price and bidder count, but never your private maximum, email or Discord ID. You can view your own bids and wins; the store owner can manage listings and review bid limits and purchase details. Late competing bids can extend an auction according to its displayed terms. Protected auctions require a verified payment authorization covering your maximum before a bid counts. The provider places a temporary hold on your funds. If you win, you consent to automatic collection of the final winning price, which can be lower than your maximum. Losing and superseded holds are released; your bank controls when funds become available again. Authorization references, expiry, consent, selected currency and exchange rate are linked to your Discord account. Expired or unconfirmed holds do not count as bids. Replacing a hold can temporarily reserve funds twice until the old hold is released. Long auctions may require authorization closer to their ending. The store never receives your full card details. Base access is added manually after verified payment and may take a few days. Return to the shop after an auction ends to see your persistent winner notice, then open a Discord ticket to arrange access. Uploaded photos and clips are visible while a base is published.

Loyalty points

For customers signed in with Discord, the store records purchase points, balances, refund adjustments and owner adjustments against the Discord account. You can view your own balance; only the owner can manage points and view the adjustment records.

Gift cards and donations

Gift card purchases and donations retain the same contact and verified payment information as other orders. Gift card codes, balances and balance activity are stored to prevent double spending and to support refunds. Gift cards are for the ARK Store only. A code can be used by anyone who knows it, so keep it private. A code is reserved before checkout but has no spendable balance until payment is verified. It is included in the payment details shared with PayPal or Stripe for their receipts. The purchase confirmation page shows your contact email and hides the code until you select Reveal. PayPal sends its receipt to your PayPal account email; Stripe uses the contact email you supplied. Payment receipt details also include a private link back to the gift card page. Anyone with that private link can view the purchase contact email and reveal its code after verified payment, so keep both the link and code private. The store does not operate a separate email service. Owner-issued credit and redeemed balances are tracked separately from cash revenue. Donations have no in-game delivery. These purchases do not earn loyalty points.

Country information

When the owner enables the Cloudflare Tunnel integration, an approximate country code may be recorded with an order. It comes from Cloudflare's network information and can be inaccurate, particularly when using a VPN. This application does not request precise location, street address, or GPS data, and does not store raw IP addresses in its customer database.

Who can see this?

Order history and order details are visible only to approved store owners. Approved store owners can view customer details to support orders, delivery problems, and refunds. The game plugin receives the delivery recipient and item instructions. If the owner enables Discord payment notifications, Discord receives product names, the order amount, payment provider, customer name and contact email. These notifications exclude EOS IDs. The store does not send receipt emails. PayPal or Stripe handles its own payment notifications and processes payments, depending on the option selected. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and are not stored by this store; Discord handles sign-in; Cloudflare handles public website traffic when the tunnel is used.

Currency preference

The store uses the approximate country supplied by the trusted Cloudflare Tunnel to suggest a currency. Unsupported or unknown locations default to USD. A currency you select manually is remembered by this browser and takes priority. Checkout uses a server-controlled conversion and saves the charged amount and currency with the order. Loyalty points are based on the original store-currency value.

Remembered delivery ID

This browser stores your delivery EOS ID locally for up to 180 days to refill checkout. Clear this site’s browser data to remove it. Gift recipients do not replace your saved ID. This convenience does not verify ownership of a game account.

Sessions and retention

The store uses essential sign-in cookies lasting up to 12 hours and a temporary 10-minute sign-in verification cookie. Guest checkout uses an essential browser cookie lasting up to 24 hours to protect payment confirmation. No advertising trackers are included. Discord access tokens are used during sign-in and are not stored in the database. You can sign out on this device or all devices from Account. Order records remain available to the owner for support and payment reconciliation.
